This workshop explores how to think and communicate more effectively—whether you are working through a policy challenge, managing your team, or refining the output of your AI assistant.

Through three interactive modules, you’ll build practical, people-focused thinking skills that you can immediately apply to your day-to-day work:

 Critical Thinking & Analysis

  • Identify assumptions and bias and tailor your solution to your target audience
  • Make decisions under pressure

Creativity and empathy

  • Reflect on lessons and patterns from previous attempts take forward initiatives

  • Ability to package information into what, who, why and the implications
