A leadership development programme for coordinators from across Europe
The Enterprise Europe Network helps businesses innovate and grow on an international scale. It is the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with international ambitions.
This Network is supported by the European Commission’s executive agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME). The Network is active in more than 60 countries worldwide. It brings together 3,000 experts from more than 600 member organisations – all renowned for their excellence in business support.
Leadership skills summer schools
Formative Communications has devised the leadership skills summer courses for the network’s leaders and coordinators every year since 2017.
Our leadership communication workshops are specially written for the Enterprise Europe Network by our highly experienced management trainers and coaches. The courses elements are have included input on:
- Management styles, the personality matrix (DISC)
- Leadership communication to build teams
- Customer service orientation and value
- The GROW model of coaching
- Coaching and mentoring skills for leaders

We have written training manuals (our learning journal) with reading, exercises and self-assessment tasks. We make our materials available to learners via our on-line learning portal.
